Pastor and Staff

Rev. Dwight D. Hargrove

Rev. Dwight Dave Hargrove is a native of Richmond, Va.
He answered the call as pastor of Zion Hill Baptist Church in Jan. 2007.
His early Christian walk began at Trinity Baptist Church where he developed a spiritual appreciation for
the work of the Lord through various church and community ministries.
After retiring from the United States Marine Corps his Christian service continued under Dr Nathaniel
Young at Beulah Baptist Church, Woodford, Va by serving within: the Deacon Ministry and served as
Chairman for three years; Sunday School ministry's Assistant Director of Christian Education; and the
Assistant to the Beulah Baptist Youth. It was during his tenure of Chairman of the Deacon Ministry that he
received the call to proclaim the Gospel in June 2000.
Through prayer and hard work has been blessed with: Diploma from Hermitage High School, Glen Allen, Va:
AAS in Electronics Engineering, Old Dominion University, Norfolk Va; and M. Div., Samuel Dewitt Proctor
School of Theology, Virginia Union University, Richmond, Va. and is currently working on his Electronic
Engineering degree at Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Va.
Rev. Hargrove is currently on the staff of the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative and teaches "Survey of the
New Testament" at Germanna Community College, Spotsylvania Va.
